Tanner Hines ties Steven Hill record

The former Hudson Hornet has an 18-game hitting streak, tying the former Dragon's SFA record, after SFA's 11-7 win over Lamar, according to The Daily Sentinel:

Priest led the Lumberjacks at the plate with three hits and four RBI. Ferguson, Zach Gardner and Tanner Hines each picked up two hits. Hines extended his hitting streak to 18 games, tying the school record set by Steven Hill in 2007.

Hines broke the record Saturday in SFA's 16-4 loss to Lamar Saturday, according to the Daily Sentinel.
