The former Hudson Hornet gave up nine hits, six runs and three walks, with six strikeouts in Houston's 6-5 loss to Rice, according to The Houston Chronicle:

“The long ball was the name of the day today,” Noble said. “We couldn’t keep the ball in the ballpark. I thought Wes pitched admirably.”
